Can you feel worse when starting supplementation?

Even with our gentlest product, Transfer Factor Classic, some people may notice a temporary change in how they feel at the beginning of supplementation — especially if it starts during periods of increased physiological demand. This is not a rule and does not apply to everyone. In some cases, reactions may be more noticeable, depending on individual sensitivity and overall condition.
The body, when receiving a higher amount of nutrients supporting general wellbeing and immune readiness, may respond with temporary signs like fatigue, mood changes, a feeling of weakness, or temporary discomfort. These kinds of responses are usually short-lived and disappear within a few days or weeks.
In such cases, it is helpful to stay well hydrated, eat easily digestible meals, and maintain a calm daily rhythm. Gradually introducing supplementation — starting with smaller servings and then increasing them as recommended by the manufacturer and after consulting a healthcare professional — may also help.
If symptoms persist or become concerning, supplementation should be paused, and a doctor consulted — especially in the case of children, older adults, or people with chronic conditions.
Transfer Factor Classic is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. It is the mildest of the universal Transfer Factor dietary supplements line, available on the market for over 25 years and trusted by customers worldwide. It contains only ingredients derived from colostrum bovinum. Its use should be part of a conscious dietary approach.
