Can Transfer Factor Classic be supplemented by a person who avoids milk?

What exactly is Transfer Factor Classic?
Transfer Factor Classic is a food supplement from 4Life Research USA that contains an ingredient called Transfer Factor XF, derived from bovine colostrum. Colostrum is the first milk produced by mammals after birth. However, Transfer Factor XF is not whole colostrum — it is an extract produced from colostrum.

This was the very first product launched by 4Life in 1998, and it remains a bestseller thanks to its simple formulation. According to customer reviews, it is still a popular choice for nutritional support — especially when starting supplementation for the first time.
Its production follows regulations for food supplements in the United States. While it is based on milk-derived raw material, it does not contain the full range of milk ingredients. Still, the label correctly lists its bovine origin in accordance with food safety rules.
What about milk sensitivity?
As long as we are 4Life Affiliates (which means since 2004), we have never met people who complained about Transfer Factor Classic.
We are aware, however, that individual responses to food ingredients can vary, and no supplement is universally tolerated. It is always helpful to consult your doctor before using any new supplement.
