Thanks to the integration of our shop with cheap returns at InPost parcel lockers, you can purchase without stress and worries that the return of purchased goods will be a painful experience. In compliance with applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a Distance Sales Agreement without specyfing any reason. Therefore, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can ship them back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns processed by our shop are managed by an easy-to-use return return package wizard, which gives you the ability to send a return parcel.

1 Print the form, generate the return documents together with address labels and then print them.

2 Send the package, put the goods together with the return document into the package and seal it properly.

3 Refund, you will receive a refund until 14 days upon receipt of the returned goods by us.

Detailed steps about sending the returned goods:

Log into your account, then select the goods that you would like to return in the returns panel;
In the next steps, select the return and the form in which you want to receive your refund;
Generate the return documents with address labels, then print them and sign the return document;
Put the goods together with the return document into the shipping package box and seal it properly. You can use the box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any post office, where you can send the package quickly and conveniently.
We will refund the money in the form you selected in the refund wizard within 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the agreement. However, usually it takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of its return.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.

You can easily and cheaply return goods purchased from us at any InPost parcel locker.
