Transfer Factor versus antibiotic - can they be used at the same time?
Question from a customer: can Transfer Factor Tri-Factor (600mg) be supplemented while taking antibiotics or only after antibiotic therapy finishes?
Our answer:
Generally, Transfer Factor Tri-Factor is a dietary supplement, i.e. it has the status of food, and therefore is not a medicine and should not interact with medications, including antibiotics.
Unless your doctor has recommended special nutrition during antibiotic therapy, e.g. avoiding specific foods or nutrients, dietary supplements should be safe and can be used concurrently with antibiotics.
From our almost 20 years of distributor experience, we know that Transfer Factor Tri-Factor and other products from the universal 4Life Transfer Factor series are very often supplemented by customers during infectious diseases (including antibiotic treatment) as well as during convalescence after any illness.
We also know from contact with customers that they are very happy with the effects of supplementation and have not reported any problems to us.
Therefore, according to our distributor knowledge (but note, that we are not doctors!), Transfer Factor Tri-Factor can be used simultaneously with an antibiotic, unless the doctor recommended otherwise :)
An even better product that can be used simultaneously with an antibiotic is Transfer Factor RioVida (a product in the form of juice!), which has the same type and amount of Transfer Factor as Transfer Factor Tri-Factor but additionally provides vitamins and fitamins (including polyphenols) from juices derived from superfruit. You fill find there fruits extremely helpful in infections, e.g. elderberry :)
Since your opinions allow us to verify our knowledge, we kindly ask you to share them, in particular, we ask for your opinions after supplementation during antibiotic therapy, in which you will describe the effects obtained. Thank you in advance!
